I've called Wānaka home for most of the past decade.

I love to dive deep into the aspects of the unseen that shape our experiences of life - from the beliefs and perspectives we hold, to the allies and entities that assist our vision, and etheric laws that we can align with to allow us to transcend our consciousness and experience greater lives.

Creating spaces for inner work, contemplation, discussion and transformation is my work.

I'm certified in Reiki Level II

In 2024 I traveled to India, to attend Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Gurmukh and her incredible teaching staff. I am certified by Golden Bridge Yoga.

I endeavour to provide a space of presence, allowing, and non-judgement, so that you can illuminate your own path forward, connecting with and applying age old wisdom.

There are times for being held, and times for taking the helm, and together we will guide you back into the health and home of your innate wisdom-filled being, through transformative and empowering practices.

I first got into Sound Journeying when I met Joan, Jen and Jay at their weekly Quartz Singing Bowls offerings, back in 2017. What began as a hope to relax weekly, turned into a profound and rich practice. I was hooked - soaking up as many sound journeys as I could attend. This took me to my first gong bath in 2020, which lead to me trying-not-to-buy-a-gong.

A year and a half later, still obsessed, I acquired my 32" Symphonic Gong and began playing alongside my sonic companions.

March 2024 witnessed a shake up in the scene, with Joan, Jen and Jay moving onto other things, and a new team stepping up to continue the weekly offering.

I chose the name Sound Temple so that it could become a suffix.

When I combine forces with other facilitators, we can create a 'Breathwork Sound Temple' or a 'Yin Yoga Sound Temple'.

Sound is so incredibly versatile and healing, the possibilities are endless, please get in touch if you'd like to create something together.
