We will meet and speak, while I tune in and listen for the tools that will best assist you.

Each session will include Reiki and work with the gong.

Please note that not every session will include all of these aspects. These are tools and plant allies that I work with selectively and case by case.

The cost of this session is $120 / 1 hour

- Once payment is made, I will confirm the date and time.

On the days leading up to the session;

- Keep your hydration on point

- Clear your calendar for directly after your appointment

- I will contact you to remind you of the upcoming appointment

On the day;

- Wear comfy clothes

- Hydrate and eat lightly (ideally not eating 2 hours before the session if possible)

- Arrange to have a relaxed afternoon/evening without too much stimulation

- Have an early night
